会是jre版本的问题吗？开始只安装了cdone和cm的时候，jre是1.3.1，那个时候打开是没有问题的。后来装了vms后，一打开cm就自动安装了jre 1.4.1－02，会不会是这个问题呢？但是我在另外一个地方也是同样安装的都没有出这个问题啊。

问题已解决。按照先安装IDU，然后安装sp1，问题顺利解决。虽然原因不是很清楚  并且，我在另一个客户那里这样安装并没有出现问题。古怪。。。

微软在最近版本的IE中已经去掉了Microsoft java VM， 相应的功能由Java Runtime Environment 1.4.x完成，要在这样的环境下正常工作，需要安装LMS2.2/LMS1.3 Update 1补丁。该补丁应在安装IDU 5更新包之后安装。
安装前后各组件的版本为：CWCS 2.2 > 2.2.2 CW 5.5 > 5.5.1 RME 3.5.2 > 3.5.3 CM 3.32 > 3.3.3
(查看各组件版本号的方法：Server configuration>About the Server> Application ... )
你的VMS发行的时候是工作在JRE 1.4下的，这个需要CWCS的相应组件工作在JRE1.4下，所以安装IDU5和SP1之后就正常了。

我也曾经遇到过类似问题。当时的解决方法是，发现ANI服务启动是好的，原因在于启动CWW时用了“127.0.0.1：1741”这个环回地址，改成“本机IP地址：1741”，然后重新启动CWW2000，故障解决。
