说明：
一台1721+VWIC-2MFT-G703
一台3640+NM-2W+VWIC-2MFT-E1
用RJ48转BNC线连起来，现在的情况是协议无法起来。我把VWIC-2MFT-E1插在NM-2W的另一个插槽上时，有时协议就一会
儿UP一会儿Down，而插在这个插槽里时，就干脆一直Down了。
补充：
1、我在3640上另加了一个2FE-2W，我发现我把VWIC-2MFT-E1插到2FE-2W上时，就可以和1721正常通信，连show cdp nei
都是可以看的见的。
2、3640的Memory为96M，IOS为c3640-i-mz.124-8.bin，应该符合要求了吧！

因为是在测试环境中，所以这两个路由器是直连的。
现在我把1721打环，然后接口状态如下：
Serial0:1 is up, line protocol is down(looped)
而我发现，我把3640打环后，它的接口状态却为：
Serial2/0:1 is up, line protocol is down
好像没有环起来，这是为什么呢？
我可以确信我的这个VWIC-2MFT-E1的卡是好的，因为它在2FE-2W上是正常的。难道是我的NM-2W插槽有问题吗？大家都来帮帮忙啊！ |
