看来得找CISCO 开CASE了，网站上已经找不到低于4.x版本的升级方法和资料。

这个没有问题，应该可以升级的，就是不知道FLASH够不够，至少要4M。

新的Flash是16M，软件是5.21，我进去后发现觉得太低了，就升级到6.31（用copy tftp flash命令)那知道就出现我第一次问的问题了，是不是这块flash不是最新产的，理说现在pixos都6.33了，他里面最起码也是6.12的吧。 |

找了神码的人，还是不能解决问题，现在是可以升级到pix5.23再升就会出错了，神码的人说是需要一个软件的active key 不知道是不是真的呢 |

show version 现在你应该有一个key.
继续使用现在的key可以升级到新的版本，除非你需要新的feature(比如3des/ha)不然不需要输入新的key.

找到原因了，主要是内存不兼容的问题，这次我们加了一根内存条，在4.41上用没有没有，升级到5.29也没有问题，后来怀疑是flash卡的问题，把卡发到北京去了，他们成功到升级到6.33.我们拿到手，然后安上去。还是不行，就把新加的内存给去掉。就可以了，谢谢大家 |
